This program is a transformative 68-hour journey , featuring 10 days of in-person teaching (split into two 5-day sessions in Paris and Lacanau Océan) and 4 online supervision sessions. The curriculum is built around four essential pillars:

  • Practicing unlearning to transform one's leadership posture.

  • Living the group as a space for collective intelligence and learning.

  • Learning leadership through Art (movement, visual arts, writing).

  • Developing ecological and systemic leadership.

OTTER,

Ph.D is a life-long surfer who also has over 30 years of professional experience in human and organizational development as an educator, coach and consultant, in the US and internationally. He is also a senior faculty member at the Tamalpa Institute in California.
Professionally, he links traditional and contemporary knowledge, art and science, body, mind and heart and grounds his work in his life-long inquiry on the interplay between inner and outer change and how this interplay is practiced toward individual and organizational wellbeing, and leadership artistry. it stand out
